When I say I cannot recommend Smile Stylist enough, I have never been more confident in a recommendation in my life! I have been with Smile Stylist since January 2023. From the beginning of the initial phone consultation I felt completely at ease and truly cared for. I was enquiring about veneers as I have had so much trouble with my soft and brittle teeth since I was a young child. I was so embarrassed and nervous coming in but I shouldn't have been. The entire team were and are nothing but efficient, kind and incredibly professional.

 

Before a dental plan was even put in place, I had consultations with the head dental nurse and my now dentist Sam. We went through everything. What my options were, reviewing in depth scans of my teeth, step by step how the entire process would work, they couldn't have done enough. There wasn't a single question that they couldn't answer.

 

Once we agreed on the plan we got to work. We started the process in February but unfortunately due to illness I had to pause the treatment plan until September. All I needed to do was send a message explaining my situation. There was absolutely no issue. No pressure to book in. No pressure to continue the treatment. They were so understanding. When I came back in September Sam couldn't have been kinder. Now in November I have the smile of my dreams. Now, if you're thinking like I was, veneers, I can't afford that just for whacking a new tooth up into my gums, but that thought process couldn't be further from the truth. Firstly, you are not just getting the veneer. Included in the full treatment you get whitening trays, digital scans of your teeth, night guards, gum and teeth preparation plan, temporary veneers put in place prior to the permanent ones. You also get a new retainer for when the permanent veneers are in place. Also, they have a variety of payment plans so you can get your perfect smile without putting massive pressure on your budget. Also, I love going to the dentist now! Everyone knows my name. Jamie and his team greet you at the door and make you feel at home. The whole team just could not be more incredible.
